(1) Yes it was removed.

(2) There is src/external/mpl/bind/dist/bin/dig/nslookup.1.

(3) But current src/external/mpl/bind/bin/nslookup/Makefile install its
    own nslookup.8 as before.

So, modify bin/nslookup/Makefile and install nslookup.1 in (2).
