Besides the cache associativity issue reported in the PR 60619, KX-7000 CPU fails to boot late in the boot process with a supervisor-mode page fault (see the report below).

After some digging, it appears that SMAP (Supervisor Mode Access Prevention) triggers the failure.
Disabling SMAP allows the system to boot as a workaround.

However, further analysis is needed to understand the actual cause.
It may be a CPU issue, but I don't see CPU specific quirks in FreeBSD/Linux, both of which boot successfully.
It may instead be an edge case in the NetBSD code.
AMD/Intel CPUs don't seem to suffer from this (at least I haven't found any reports, and I use an AMD CPU supporting SMAP myself).
OpenBSD fails similarly, although I didn't test if disabling SMAP helps.
