NetBSD 10 ships with GCC 10. NetBSD-current contains
GCC 14. GCC 14 cannot be backported without breaking
the compilation of working code, which flies in the face
of providing a stable branch.

Anyway, users can already install their own preferred
GCC version and use it instead of the system compiler.
