The error happens in the init phase of the kernel in the installer image

Using the installer image of NetBSD 10.1 in a Supermicro 5019A-FTN4 (https://www.supermicro.com/manuals/superserver/1U/MNL-2042.pdf). This computer has 4 Intel® Ethernet Connection X553. The first two are attached without problems as igx0 and igx1, but when it tries to attach the 3rd one then the hardware initialization fails, and it produces a page fault in supervisor mode in intr_disestablish called from ixgbe_free_pciintr_resources.
