 I have the same machine.

 On 10.1
 (https://netbsd.schmonz.com/tmp/thinkpad-x270-suspend/dmesg-10.1.txt),
suspend is still aborted due to "Devices without power management
 support: ihidev0".

With -current 11.99.1 kernel and modules
 (https://netbsd.schmonz.com/tmp/thinkpad-x270-suspend/dmesg-11.99.1.txt),
it does suspend, but on resume the keyboard is unavailable
 (https://netbsd.schmonz.com/tmp/thinkpad-x270-suspend/resume-11.99.1.txt).

I'd love to get this figured out so it can be a daily driver. Happy to
 try anything and everything.
