Submitter no longer has the computer, so can't test with newer kernel.
Nevertheless, this should be fixed by rev. 1.57 of sys/dev/pci/ahcisata_pci.c
which adds a BADNCQ quirk for this controller, done on 2020-01-18 as part
of PR kern/54790 and PR kern/54855.
