There's various links to http://rumpkernel.org in our
in-tree documentation (and probably on the web site).
That link now goes to an SEO site.

Go to the URL http://rumpkernel.org and realise that
this isn't the documentation that you're looking for.
A peek around wayback machine indicates the linkrot
probably set in in late 2020.

Do we just remove the links?
