Actually, I don't have netbsd installed in this machine, so I cannot test b=
lind login right now. I am afraid that I have to get through the installer =
and that seems impossible with a broken console... :(
As a workaround, I guess that I could temporary disable nouveau from the bo=
otloader, install netbsd and then (after a reboot) try the blind login as y=
ou suggested. But all this, sounds too much hassle todo, just to test, LOL.=

TBH, I have not used netbsd for a couple of years, but I would like to make=
a comeback with the release of 10.0 (whenever that would be), as long as I=
have a full working system for daily use (with graphics hardware accelerat=
 ion).

 Anyway thanks for your reply.

 i see this myself`with -current, a 1030 and a ryzen 3600.

it's actually mostly working behind the scenes and if you blind
login, you can run X11, and if you exit X11 the console comes
back properly draw.=C2=A0 one workaround would be to run xdm or another
 display manager automatically.

it's very odd, and i havenm't started looking at when it has
started happen for me, but yes, more to do here.

 thanks.
