 As a workaround I use
 menu=Boot Xen sync:load /netbsd-XEN3_DOM0 ; multiboot /xen-debug.gz dom0_mem=256M console=vga sync_console=true vga=text-80x80,keep
 
 (i.e. use Xen to manage the VGA console). Not nice, and you can't use the
 keyboard but at last you see boot messages

 Now ixg is working reliably for me, with MSI-X interrupts.
 So please try with XEN3_DOM0 1.195 and all the prevous related commits.
