Synopsis: On a fresh installation, /tmp on sparc64 is not sticky

State-Changed-Why:
Looks fixed to me. I only reported this bug based on the log file from the
releng build. That build log currently shows no signs of /tmp being
non-sticky. Instead, it contains:

> lib/libc/sys/t_ptrace_wait
> access_regs_set_unaligned_pc_0x1: [0.208920s] Passed.
> access_regs_set_unaligned_pc_0x3:

> line 5860, function "sparc_tr_insn_start"
> pexpect reported EOF - VMM exited unexpectedly

That seems to be an unrelated problem though.
