Re: install/56303: On a fresh installation, /tmp on sparc64 is not sticky

 I verified that the swap partition is now actually being swapped on, by
 running sysinst manually, escaping to a shell, and running "swapctl -l":
 
   # swapctl -l
   Device      1K-blocks     Used    Avail Capacity  Priority
   /dev/wd0b      131072    57768    73304    44%    0
 
 However, enabling swap did not appear to fix the problem.  On the TNF
 testbed, most installation attempts have timed out, but at least this
 one installed successfully:

 It's still running the tests, but I booted the installed image manually and
 its /tmp was still drwxr-xr-x.
 
 Same thing on my own testbed, even though it is configured with 256 MB of RAM:
