 I can not reproduce this - just did a (manual) clean install and ended
 up with:
 
 drwxrwxrwt  2 root  wheel  512 Jul 12 12:19 /targetroot/tmp/
 
 
 Anything in anita acting up and accidently modifying it before reboot?
