It's hard to tell but likely yes. BIOS boot still freezes on the latest kernel, but l am not sure if it's still for the same reason which was related to xhci on BIOS boot only. I would need more time to investigate and confirm. On another hand, unified installation image defaults to UEFI boot currently, which boots properly. Thus, I am not sure if it's very important bug to fix.
