Encountered when doing a new install on a blank drive where I choose to set partition sizes in the NetBSD 9.0 installer.  Changed the /tmp partition size from 25% to 8192 MB.  The next screen with the partition layout and the subsequent newfs omitted the /tmp partition completely.
>How-To-Repeat:
Change /tmp partition from default 25% to a manually entered size value.
