 I found that 'fstat -u $LOGNAME' will do more or less the same and what
 I need.
 
 I still believe non-root sockstat should print nothing, '-', or '?' if
 it doesn't have permission to read and display
  PROTO/LOCAL ADDRESS/FOREIGN ADDRESS
 columns.
