 I'd suggest just removing libevent from /usr/tests/lib/Atffile (add
 a little mechanism to bsd.test.mk to allow tests to be built, but
 excluded.)    Actually, is ".WAIT" already that mechanism?
 
 That is, leave the test there, and runnable manually as an individual
 test, but don't include it in the tests that ATF runs by default.
