 I keep getting pinged about this being in feedback state, but I've
 provided a USB history log. I'm not sure I'll be able to provide
 anything further, as it looks like the USB controller on the board in
 question is failing. (Or possibly the power supply is failing, and
 other issues are symptomatic of that. Either way, I can't get any USB
 device to work reliably now, and I'm certain it's not because of any
 kernel issue.)
