I noticed that Christos list of firmware files contains ...

iwlwifi-2000-6.ucode
iwlwifi-2030-6.ucode

I have neither of those on a NetBSD 7.0_BETA system that I have, but
it looks as if they were added just before NetBSD 7 was released, so
they should be there.

I'd guess that one of them (the 2030 version it seems) is probably the one
that you need.
