x86 watchpoint api replaced with debug registers
according to releng results http://www-soc.lip6.fr/~bouyer/NetBSD-tests/xen/HEAD/amd64/201702250000Z_atf.html and http://www-soc.lip6.fr/~bouyer/NetBSD-tests/xen/HEAD/i386/201702250000Z_atf.html the original issue is gone, single tests still fail, but it's now a different bug than the originally reported one
