 Running x11perf on this machine starts with a real long pause
 between:
 
 x11perf - X11 performance program, version 1.2
 The Xorg Foundation server version 11804000 on :0.0
 from night-owl.duskware.de
 Thu Feb 23 19:37:08 2017
 
 [delay of several 10 seconds]
 
 Sync time adjustment is 9.5675 msecs.
 
 I have seen values of above 16 msecs here.
 On all other machines I tried it talks about fractions of msecs, and the
 adjustement happens ~instantly.
 
 Something wrong with the retrace interrupt?
