Looks like texinfo is broken (perhaps the tool version we just built).
Can you look for the core in your build and run file on it? It will
tell you what core-dumped.

$ ls -l *.core
-rw------- 1 username username 1892128 May 17 16:37 nbmakeinfo.core
$ file nbmakeinfo.core
nbmakeinfo.core: ELF 64-bit LSB core file x86-64, version 1
$
plus string on that file in attachment, not sure if it will go in in mailing lists.
