I have seen this too on Linux host with NetBSD current, the VBox version
is 5.0.20. It happened multiple times while installing NetBSD itself,
which resulted in a corrupted installation. Once I managed to finish the
installation, it seems to randomly shutdown. Didn't see any errors
anywhere in any logs.

I have another VM with a NetBSD current from few months back and VBox
5.0.18, there I don't see any issues.
