 Thank you again! While the recent templates/port.mdwn changes
 addressed several problems reported in the PR it still don't address
 a problem relative to the INSTALL notes.
 
 Currently all the ports that in the wiki has a port_var* does not
 provide an INSTALL notes except for NetBSD/evbarm (all evbarm port_var-s
 has an INSTALL notes).
 
 I can take care to modify the template introducing another variable to
 indicate where a port with port_var-s has INSTALL notes or not, to
 address this problem.
 
 At the same time - if possible - I suggest to open a separate PR in
 order to request the generation of INSTALL notes also for the following
 ports with port_var-s:
 
 + NetBSD/evbmips
  - evbmips-mips64eb
  - evbmips-mips64el
  - evbmips-mipseb
  - evbmips-mipsel
 + NetBSD/evbsh3
  - evbsh3-sh3eb
  - evbsh3-sh3el
 + NetBSD/sbmips
  - sbmips-mipseb
  - sbmips-mipsel
 
 Sevan, can you please take care of this last part (and maybe for extra
 karma points also investigate why they do not have an INSTALL notes :))?
