Problem analyzed: all ports with port_var* ATM do not provide
an INSTALL notes, except for NetBSD/evbarm.

Another option will be needed to be added in the port.mdwn template
and the issue regarding why NetBSD/evbmips, NetBSD/evbsh3 and
NetBSD/sbmips ports do not provide an INSTALL notes should be
probably investigated further maybe in a separate PR.
