 That is not what core/releng were thinking. There just was no consensus
 to change anything but documentation at this point of the release process.
 
 The issue needs to be resolved for real (in -current) and fixed after 7.0
 on the branch ASAP. First step would be to finally get the "rm bigfile"
 patch reviewed and landed.
