 It looks silly "best or nothing" stratergy for me.
 
 100% users will see slowness if WAPBL is disabled by default.
 How much users will see the crash or corruption if it's enabled?
 
 If core and releng seriously think it should be disabled,
 netbsd-5 and netbsd-6 branches should be changed as well.
