	the netbsd-7 branch is still missing '/bin/[' in its
	distribution (base.tgz). Its normally built in DESTDIR (hard
	link to 'test'), but omitted / lost during tar-up.
	HEAD seems to be fixed in the meantime.

	Take an(y) actual 'base.tgz' from the daily netbsd-7 build (e. g.
	http://nyftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-7/) and see,
	that '/bin/[' is missing.
