Recent MKCOMPT changes broke native 64bit X11:

file /usr/X11R7/lib/X11/locale/lib/common/xlcDef.so.2.0

now says:

ELF 32-bit LSB shared object, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, for NetBSD 7.99.19, not stripped

... which is not dl_open'able for 64bit apps
