 By "your fix" you mean Ryota Ozaki's patch, is it correct? I believe
 this patch isn't necessary if bpf is used correctly.
 
 I remember fixes for some related crashes, e.g. 
 
 PR/49190: bpf_deliver: set scratch memory store in bpf_args_t.
 
 Your crash might be one of them.
