NetBSD 7.0_BETA (DRMKMS) #0: Mon Oct  6 21:02:13 BST 2014 (slightly older, but same issue). amd64, 8GB RAM.

startx works fine and brings up correct resolution, but after running X for a while, the kernel panics. It seems to be random when it happens, but it is reproducible. Same error with up to date -current too.
