The isdnd reads the isdnd.rc file during startup.
In the example there is at "rtprio" keyword not described in the manual.
And the "tinainitprog" keyword is missing in the example confit and the manual.

The missing documentation should be added.
For rtprio a user may suggest what this means, but tinainitprog is - at
least for me - not selfexplaning.
