the EBUSY i got was from spec_open.
there seems to be at least two problems.
- the DIOCGPART ioctl in rf_ReconstructInPlace failed with ENOTTY
as dk doesn't support it.
- rf_ReconstructInPlace leaves the vnode open on errors.
