I see the functions are defined in powerpc/include/pio.h, but
that isn't #included in macppc/pci/u3.c.

Attempt to build a macppc POWERMAC_G5 kernel.

Add a

#include <machine/pio.h>

into macppc/pci/u3.c?  Doing that and working around my
other bug allowed the kernel compile to complete, at least,
though I don't yet know if it actually works.
