I see the same problem an a similar motherboard, running up-to-date =
5.0_STABLE

For me the problem disappears when running with a NetBSD -current =
kernel. Maybe the problem was corrected by the newer version of the ACPI =
code?

Unfortunately with the -current kernel and the 5.0_STABLE userland, I =
occasionally see random programs terminate with "Exit code 255". This =
frequently happens with rsync when synchronizing a large directory tree =
between two filesystem.
