I see the same problem an a similar motherboard, running up-to-date 5.0_STABLE

For me the problem disappears when running with a NetBSD -current kernel. Maybe
the problem was corrected by the newer version of the ACPI code?

-acpi0 at mainbus0: Intel ACPICA 20090730
+acpi0 at mainbus0: Intel ACPICA 20080321

Unfortunately with the -current kernel and the 5.0_STABLE userland, I
occasionally see random programs terminate with "Exit code 255". This
frequently happens with rsync when synchronizing a large directory tree between
two filesystem.
