 So, it turns out that in makeplist 'cd -' doesn't work on non-NetBSD platforms 
 and 'cd ${OLDPWD}' won't work under NetBSD. We should just go with Alan's 
 original patch for makeplist in this PR.
 
 I'll try a build tonight to confirm the patches.
