The src/share/mk files don't include any statement indicating they
can be redistributed.

The original Berkeley code might have some details in the
SCCS history, but probably not.
The NetBSD added mk files don't clearly identify this either.
(But I didn't look at all.)

FWIW: I see that FreeBSD uses some of the NetBSD mk files
and specifically said was from NetBSD.

I'd assume they are "public domain" but since that is not stated,
then I will use copyrights and licenses.

The make "mk" files are derived from various sources. Some of the
mk files were originally from 4.4BSD-Lite and others were contributed
to NetBSD. The following licenses are a best estimate.
