In currently supported releases (4.0 and 5.0), this is not a problem.
shark/installation/instkernel/netbsd.gz is, as the INSTALL notes claim,
the installation kernel that one should use. So the documentation is
correct, which is enough to close this PR.  The rest of the issue is
covered by PR 41672.
