Hi,
This bug can be closed as it was fixed with revision 1.167 with a commit by
msaitoh.
wm(4) works fine with my 82567LM-3 on an Intel DQ45CB.
dmesg says:

Device is correctly shown as active and IPv6 works.
Please include this revision in NetBSD 5.0. Thank you!
