Yes, it is. The broken version comes with latest releng autobuilder
(ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/HEAD/200812210000Z/).
Using a self-compiled bin/sh from latest sources actually fixes
the problem and makes etcupdate work again.
