I got netbsd-INSTALL.gz from 
ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/HEAD/200805140002Z/zaurus/binary/sets/
And then I did "insmod -f /mnt/card/zbsdmod.o ;cp /mnt/card/netbsd-INSTALL 
/proc/zboot",
but I got error messages below .
