 Sorry, I completely gave up on NetBSD for this machine because the 
 performance was so abysmal. If there's a system I can boot from CD and 
 get the dmesg that you want, I can try to do that for you.
 
 I posted a lot of dmesg dumps when I first had the problem to one of the 
 NetBSD lists... see
