	hello.  Are you seeing any errors on the Juniper switch?  Just for fun, can you switch the
hosts you're running to different ports  on the Juniper to see if the behavior changes?  
We've been using the wm(4) driver on Supermicro boards with no issues for many years connected
to a variety of switches: Cisco, Brocade and Juniper, just to name a few.
I wouldn't rule out the possibility the Juniper might be the cause of the problem.  
As an example, look for any power supply issues on the Supermicro or the Juniper.
