What RSSI values do you see ?

E.g.:

# wlanctl iwm1
iwm1: mac xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx bss xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
        node flags 0005<bss,scan>
        ess <XXXXXXX>
        chan 36 freq 5180MHz flags 0340<ofdm,5GHz,passive scan>
        capabilities 0011<ess,privacy>
        beacon-interval 100 TU tsft 806540236859 us
        rates [6.0] 9.0 12.0 18.0 24.0 36.0 48.0 54.0
        assoc-id 49155 assoc-failed 0 inactivity 300s
        rssi 72 txseq 173 rxseq 1072

It's probably better (lower) than the 72 here, but please have
a look to be sure.
