For me it actually booted and I was able to upgrade the system. It errored out while running `poweroff` after upgrading.
After a force shutdown, reboot and apparently successful fsck, it complained about ipv6 and went back to the welcome screen. This became a loop, reboot, complain about ipv6, reboot...

Booting 9.99.95 from the above referred date allowed me to actually fix fs errors and downgrade the system.

Any hints on how/where to follow these issues and know when it's safe to upgrade again?
