"WDCTL_RST failed" fixed in -current (I hope)

Hi folks --

I committed some changes to the ahcisata driver over the past few days 
that appears to have solved the old "WDCTL_RST failed" problem that people 
have been seeing over the years. If you've run into this issue in the 
past, please re-test with -current and let me know how it goes!
