FFS panic

Hello,
I get a recuring panic on a netbsd-8 host:
ffs_newvnode: ino=4 on /dsk/l1: gen 35a8ffda/35a8ffda has non zero blocks ffffaf80 or size 0
panic: ffs_newvnode: dirty filesystem?

I remember something about a ffsv2 bug, but this filesystem is ffsv1.
fsck doesn't seem to fix it.

Any idea ?
