I reverted to 0.15.1nb10 because 1.3.1 couldn't get through "anita
install" without horking.

Maybe I just need to increase the global timeout. It isn't very
plausible that my uncommitted changes (which are ufs and lfs stuff,
and mostly the kind that fail to compile if wrong) broke that rump
test.
