Luckily, I was wrong - the commit in case didn't happen while the
tests were down, but soon after they started working again.  This
made it possible to narrow it to the following three commits:

  commit 2011.11.24.01.58.52 manu src/lib/libpuffs/dispatcher.c 1.37
  commit 2011.11.24.01.58.52 manu src/lib/libpuffs/null.c 1.32
  commit 2011.11.24.01.59.25 manu src/lib/libpuffs/puffs.3 1.48

manu, please fix or revert your changes ASAP.

Although several of the failing programs are printing this message,
I'm not sure if it is actually related to the failure.
