Re: pseudo-op .lpatch

You should be usiong build.sh for this. Among other things, build.sh will set things up so that the tools are properly bootstrapped and the Makefile includes for bsd.*.mk come from the source directory and not from the host system.

        # build.sh release

Does anyone recognise this?

Did you rerun config?

This time to the list... yes, make clean, config, make depend && make
and had done make install in src/share/mk. I didn't rebuild config

As Joerg pointed out, sure enough my mk files where out of date, so

cd /usr/src/share/mk
make install

clearly isn't the way to install them. I also tried make configinstall
and make includes on the off chance. I had to cp to get them updated
despite the timestamps being correct, as in the ones in /usr/share/mk
where from January.

So, what is the correct make target?

Cheers,

Patrick
